Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using SMS Sender SaaS, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services. 2. Description of Service SMS Sender SaaS provides a cloud-based platform that enables users to: Send SMS messages. Manage contacts. Schedule SMS campaigns. Access API integrations. Monitor delivery reports. Manage multiple Android gateway devices (if applicable). The service may change or improve at any time. 3. User Accounts You are responsible for: Keeping your login credentials secure. All activities performed under your account. Providing accurate registration information. You must notify us immediately if your account is compromised. 4. Subscription & Payments Some features require an active subscription. Subscriptions may be: Monthly Yearly Lifetime (if offered) Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Failure to renew may result in suspension or termination of premium features. 5. SMS Credits SMS credits are sold separately from subscriptions unless otherwise stated. Unused credits may expire according to your selected plan. Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. 6. Acceptable Use You agree NOT to use SMS Sender SaaS for: Spam or unsolicited messages. Fraudulent activities. Phishing. Malware distribution. Harassment. Illegal advertising. Fake OTP or verification abuse. Adult or prohibited content. Any activity that violates local or international laws. Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund. 7. Sender Responsibility You are solely responsible for: The content of your messages. Obtaining recipient consent where required. Compliance with applicable telecommunications, privacy, and anti-spam laws. SMS Sender SaaS is only the software provider. 8. Fair Usage Policy To protect platform stability, we may apply reasonable usage limits including: Daily sending limits. Device limits. API rate limits. Contact limits. Excessive usage may be temporarily restricted. 9. Service Availability We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, internet issues, or third-party providers may occasionally affect availability. 10. Prohibited Activities You may not: Reverse engineer the platform. Resell the service without authorization. Attempt unauthorized access. Abuse the API. Interfere with platform security. Upload malicious software. 11. Intellectual Property All software, branding, logos, source code, documentation, and platform content remain the exclusive property of SMS Sender SaaS. 12. Privacy Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information to third parties. 13. Suspension & Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that: Violate these Terms. Engage in illegal activity. Abuse system resources. Fail to pay subscription fees. 14. Limitation of Liability SMS Sender SaaS shall not be liable for: Lost profits. Business interruption. Failed SMS delivery caused by carriers or third-party providers. Data loss beyond our reasonable control. Indirect or consequential damages. 15. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold SMS Sender SaaS harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms. 16. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 17. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
